The Government is inviting responses to a discussion paper released by HM Treasury and HM Revenue & Customs, Tax Credits; Improving Delivery and Choice.
It looks at a number of options that may improve the delivery of the childcare element of Working Tax Credits, including making payments directly to the childcare provider, and aligning payments with the school year.
