Parental Responsibility/Legal Contact

It has come to our attention that childminders are being asked about who has parental responsibility/legal contact for children at recent inspections. The inspectors are also asking for this to be clearly written down and this is now included on the new NCMA contracts.

However, if you are using the old NCMA contracts or other resources this may not be included. As a team, we have now devised a simple form you could use in order to meet this requirement of the EYFS statutory framework. (See download section).
